Built from precision-cut 3/16-inch steel and integrated with 1.75-inch × .120-wall tubing, these heavy-duty bedside reinforcement brackets are engineered to tie the rear of your Raptor’s bed directly into the frame structure — eliminating flex where it matters most.
 
Whether you’re running long-travel suspension, bed-mounted spares, or chase-style racks, this system prevents the notorious bedside flex and cracking common on both OEM steel, aluminum and fiberglass bedside conversions.
 
By triangulating the rear bedside section and distributing load through the frame mounts, the system:
 
  • Reinforces the bed rails and corners under high-G off-road impacts
  • Reduces flex and cracking from heavy spare-tire mounts or bed cages
  • Keeps bed alignment true under chassis twist and hard landings
  • Adds a clean, rigid foundation for tire carriers, racks, and accessories

Installation Requirements & Notes

Tools Needed:

  • TP-50 Torx bit

  • 1 1/8” socket and wrench

  • Razor blade (to trim bedliner around OEM washer)

  • Pick tool (to remove bedliner material from OEM bolt heads)

Recommended Prep:

  • For trucks with a heavy bedliner, drill the side holes out with a 3/4” step bit to allow easier installation and proper hardware fitment.

Included Hardware:

  • Complete hardware kit

  • (2) black textured ABS caps

Installation Notes:

  • Remove the factory washer from the bed bolt and reinstall it with the new hardware.

  • Ensure all bolts are torqued evenly and snug — do not overtighten.
