Shipping policy
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You’ll receive another notification once your order has shipped.
Shipping Times & Lead Times
We do our best to ship as quickly as possible. However, please note:
- All TSW Offroad AZ products are made to order and may take up to 2 weeks to ship.
- If your order includes both in-stock items and made-to-order TSW AZ parts, the order will ship when all items are ready.
Shipping Rates and Estimates
Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout based on your location and item weight/size. We offer multiple shipping options at checkout.
Free Shipping (If Applicable)
If free shipping is offered, it will be applied automatically to qualifying orders. Free shipping covers standard ground delivery only.

Pickup is available during normal business hours. You’ll be notified by email when your order is ready.
Tracking Information
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking to update.
Shipping Delays & Lost Packages
We are not responsible for carrier delays, weather disruptions, or other issues outside our control. If your package is lost or significantly delayed, contact us at cody@tswoffroad.com and we’ll help however we can.
Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, email us within 48 hours with photos of the item and packaging. We’ll handle the claim process and make it right.
Incorrect Addresses
Please double-check your shipping info before placing your order. We are not responsible for packages sent to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.
